Bookings & Sessions
Run the day-to-day: confirming sessions, group events, reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Find, filter, and export your bookings
How the Upcoming, Past, and All tabs work, what each of the four filters actually matches, when to switch to calendar view, and exactly what lands in the CSV export.
- What each booking status means
A reference for every status a Calso booking can carry — what puts a session into it, which actions it allows, and which ones you can never walk back.
- Approve or decline a booking request
Switch on Host Approval so chosen event types ask for your yes before a session is booked, then work the queue — what your client sees while they wait, and what approving or declining does to their calendar invite and their package credit.
- Reschedule a booking
Move a confirmed session to a new time from the booking itself, let clients move their own bookings inside the limits you set, and know exactly what gets re-sent when a time changes.
- Cancel a booking and choose the refund
Cancel a session from the Bookings list, read the cancellation window that applies, and decide between a full refund, a refund per your policy, no refund, or restoring a package credit.
- Mark a no-show and decide the credit
Record a client who didn't turn up, answer the one-time Restore package credit? question the right way, and know where the no-show shows up on their record afterwards.
- Write session notes on a booking
Record what happened in a session — plus a one-tap mood marker — on the booking itself, and find it again months later on the client's record.
- Run a group event or recurring series
Set up a one-time group event, a fixed cohort, or an ongoing rolling series — then edit it, hold registrations for your approval, and manage seats, attendance, and cancellations once people start registering.
- Set your cancellation policy and waivers
Build a tiered cancellation policy with fee windows on the Policies tab, override it for a single event type, and write a waiver clients must read and sign before they book.
