Clients
Keep client records, intake forms, notes, and the client portal working for you.
- Add clients and import your existing list
Add a client by hand, bring your existing list in from a spreadsheet with the CSV importer, and understand how a booking creates a client record on its own.
- Work a client record
A tour of one client's page in Calso — the header actions, the metrics strip, the Upcoming, Past, Billing and Activity tabs, and the panels down the right-hand side.
- Move a client through your pipeline stages
Give every client a lifecycle stage — Inquiry, Discovery, Active, Paused, Completed, or Alumni — then filter your client list down to just the group you want to work on today.
- Log a call, email, or text on a client's timeline
Record the calls, emails, and texts that happen between sessions on a client's Activity timeline, so the whole relationship reads in one place instead of living in your inbox.
- Track birthdays and renewals with key dates
Keep a client's birthday, anniversary, or renewal date on their record, mark the ones that come round every year, and know exactly where to look for them.
- Ask clients questions when they book
Build the booking-form questions on an event type or group event in Calso — pick a question type, mark it required, put the questions in order, and read the answers after someone books.
- Keep questions only you can see
Mark an intake question Internal only so it never reaches the booking form, fill the answer in yourself on the session, and tell the three private note boxes apart.
- Turn on the client portal
Give clients a signed-in place to check their own sessions, package credits and payments — how to switch it on, exactly what they can do there, and how they sign in.
