Packages & Payments

Sell packages and products, take payment through Stripe, and track credits and refunds.

  • Connect Stripe so you can take payments

Connect Stripe from Settings → Payments, read the charges and payouts status, pick up an onboarding you left half-finished, and disconnect safely when you need to.

  • Build a session package clients can buy

Bundle sessions into a package with a set number of credits, a price and an expiry rule, then put it on your booking page for clients to buy in one payment.

  • Change, hide, or retire a package offering

Edit a package offering, take it off your booking page, archive it, or delete it — and know exactly what happens to the clients who already bought it.

  • Adjust a client's package credits

Top up a client's credits, push their expiry date back, nudge them to book or renew, or cancel the package they hold — and know what each action does to their balance and what they get told.

  • Let clients pay for a package in installments

Switch on payment plans for your workspace, offer them on a package, and follow the schedule from the first charge to the last — including what to do when a payment is declined.

  • Price a single session

The five ways to price one event type — free, a fixed amount, named tiers, a slider, or pay what you can — what each one shows a client, and the moment the card is charged.

  • Create a discount code

Build a promo code clients type at checkout in Calso — percentage off, a fixed amount off, or a free session — and set which sessions it covers, how many times, by whom, and for how long it can be used.

  • Sell or give away a digital product

Upload a workbook, recording, or guide to your booking page, price it or hand it out free as a lead magnet, and know exactly what a client gets after they buy.

  • Offer add-ons at checkout

Offer a client something extra while they are already paying — another session, a place at a group event, a workbook, or an upgrade — and keep track of the vouchers that come out of it.
