Account & Settings

Workspace settings, branding, your plan, tax, security, and your own domain.

  • Set your booking page URL, time zone, and currency

The three workspace settings everything else is built on — your public booking address, the time zone your hours are read in, and the currency new prices are created in — and why the URL is the one to get right first.

  • Fill in the profile clients see

Set the name, photo, title, bio, and specialty chips that appear beside every booking page — and write the title and description that show up when your page is found in search or shared.

  • Brand your booking page

Choose one of seven colour palettes or set your own hex colours, upload your logo, hide the Calso badge, and know exactly which client-facing pages your branding reaches.

  • Control who can book an event type

Hold bookings until you approve them, reserve a session for package holders, or limit it to a named list of email addresses — plus where clients land after booking, how to write the confirmation email in your own words, and how to give one event type its own cancellation rules.

  • Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan

What each of Calso's four plans actually unlocks, how to move up or down a tier, what a downgrade switches off, and what cancelling really does to your workspace.

  • Collect tax on your bookings

Switch on tax collection from Settings → Payments, add the registrations you file under, choose whether tax is added at checkout or built into your price, and pull the report you file from.

  • Turn on two-factor authentication

Add a second step to your Calso sign-in — a 6-digit code emailed to you — including how Calso makes you prove the code arrives before it switches anything on, and what to do if you lose access to that inbox.

  • Review your workspace audit log

The Audit Log is a dated, read-only record of the administrative changes made in your workspace — where to find it, how to filter it down to one kind of action, and how far back it reaches.
